1. Identity & Eligibility
By booking, you AGREE To The Following:
- You are at least 21 years old
- You have a valid driver’s license
- You have active auto insurance that covers towing
- You are legally allowed to operate a trailer
No license or insurance = no rental. No exceptions.
2. Payment & Reservation Policy
- Full payment is required at booking
- Reservation is not confirmed until payment is received
- Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees
Cancellations:
- 48+ hours before rental → full refund
- Less than 48 hours → non-refundable
3. Security Deposit
- A refundable deposit of $200 is required
- Deposit will be returned after completion of a RETURN INSPECTION AT TIME OF DROP OFF.
- Any damages, cleaning, or violations will be deducted first
4. Pickup & Return Times
- Rental period begins at scheduled pickup time
- Late returns will be charged:
- $50 per hour OR
- Full additional day after 5hours late
5. Equipment Responsibility
You agree:
- Trailer will be returned in the same condition
- You are responsible for ALL damage, regardless of fault
- You will not overload or misuse the trailer
6. Prohibited Uses
The trailer may NOT be used for:
- Overloading beyond rated capacity
- Transporting hazardous/illegal materials
- Off-road or reckless use
- Towing without proper hitch/equipment
- NO CONCRETE
7. Damage & Liability
- Renter assumes full responsibility for:
- Damage to trailer
- Damage to other vehicles/property
- Injury or accidents
- RENTER AGREES TO COVER ANY AND ALL DAMAGES THAT HAPPEN DURING THEIR RENTAL PERIOD.
8. Insurance Requirements
- Your personal auto insurance is primary coverage
- Business insurance does NOT cover renter negligence
- Temporary damage protection may be available for purchase
9. Breakdown / Equipment Issues
- You must notify us immediately if issues arise
- Unauthorized repairs are not allowed
- No refunds for downtime unless approved
10. Cleaning Policy
- Trailer must be returned clean and debris-free or a Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged at time of Trailer Return.
11. Abandonment / Recovery
- If trailer is abandoned or not returned:
- You are responsible for recovery costs
- Legal action will be taken
12. Indemnification
You agree to:
- Hold the company harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from your use
13. Agreement & Authorization
By checking the box and completing payment, you:
- Agree to all terms listed above
- Authorize charges to your card for damages, late fees, or violations
